Total winner!!! A cranberry/orange scone meets a chocolate chip cookie.
This little goodie is chock full of chips, nuts and dried cranberrries. Every bite is a mouthfull of all things scone and cookie, the orange zest is a perfect compliment to the cranberries. Soft, a little crispy and loaded with tons of flavor.
Two cookies down and more, lots more to go. I may actually consider mysely a slightly less humble baker now!
Note to self: Dried cranberries bought in bulk (from Sprouts) were much softer and more plump than their packaged Craisin cousin!
